Before ordering your made-to-measure shirt
What is the delivery time for a made-to-measure shirt?
The production time is 15 to 21 business days after order confirmation and measurement validation. We recommend ordering at least 5 to 6 weeks in advance of the event date.
What if the shirt doesn't fit well the first time?
We offer a free exchange if the fit is not perfect. Simply contact us with the details of the measurement that needs correction, and we will take care of the rest at no additional cost.
How do I take my measurements correctly?
Our configurator has a visual step-by-step guide. Essential measurements include: neck, chest, waist, hips, and sleeve length. If in doubt, we recommend asking someone for help with measuring. We always prefer a carefully taken measurement over an estimate.
Which collar should I choose for cufflinks?
You should choose the French collar (also called double cuff). It is the only one with open cuffs, where cufflinks are inserted to fasten. It is the classic collar for tuxedos and formal gala attire.
Can I customize the monogram or button color?
Yes. In the configurator, you can choose the button color and add an embroidered monogram on the cuff — a discreet and extremely elegant detail for a special day. The monogram is optional and has no additional cost in selected configurations.
Which fabric is most suitable for a ceremony?
For formal ceremonies, we recommend 100% Egyptian cotton poplin — light, fresh, and with a smooth surface that works well with any accessory. For tuxedos and evening events, premium cotton twill offers more structure and subtle sheen.
Is the cummerbund for tuxedos or suits?
The cummerbund is an accessory exclusive to tuxedos (black tie). It is not worn with a classic suit. If wearing a suit, opt for suspenders or a coordinated belt. The Baccus cummerbund is available in black and in silk.
Do ceremony accessories ship nationwide?
Yes — shipping throughout the national territory and to Europe. Made-to-measure shirts have free shipping above a certain order value. Exact conditions and shipping times are available on the checkout page.
